Welcome
At Sacred Holistics, we believe in the transformative power of healing from within. Guided by our 4 Vitalities—Grace Work, Empowerment, Mercy, and Visceral Healing—we are dedicated to supporting your journey toward holistic wellness. Together, we can create a life filled with peace, joy, and profound healing. Welcome to our space where your well-being is our priority.
The 4 Vitalities
Grace Work
Grace work involves embodying compassion, kindness, humility, and spiritual connection. Grace Workers engage in service, healing, and personal transformation, aiming to bring grace into their own lives and others', supporting spiritual and personal growth through higher consciousness and intentional actions.
Empowerment
Empowerment is a cornerstone of my healing practice. By tapping into your inner strength and wisdom, you can make choices that align with your true self. In our sessions, we’ll identify and release blocks, providing tools for growth. Realizing you're the healer in your story leads to lasting healing and personal fulfillment.
Mercy
Mercy means showing profound compassion and forgiveness, recognizing the humanity in others, and offering unconditional love. By practicing mercy, we release judgments, foster inner peace, and cultivate a compassionate view of ourselves and others, promoting healing and spiritual growth.
Visceral Healing
In my practice, visceral healing involves addressing the body's internal systems to promote deep, holistic health. Using specialized techniques, we work from the inside out, targeting root causes to foster comprehensive wellness and transformation. This approach enhances overall vitality and well-being.
Prayer of st. Francis
" Make me an Instrument of your peace, where there is hatred let me sow love, where there is inury; pardon, where there is doubt; faith, where there is despair; hope, where there is darkness; light, where there is sadness; joy.
Spirit please grant that i may not so much seek to be consoled as to console, to be understood as to understsand, to be loved as to love with all my soul, for it is in giving that we receive, it is in pardoning that we are pardoned, and that in dying we are born to eternal life "
